Advance Booking

Bookable up to 2 months ahead, these provide choice and flexibility as to when and by whom you are seen. If these appointments are filled on a particular day the receptionist will look for an acceptable alternative.

A number of theses appointments are available to book online.

On the day (Urgent only):

Every day at 8.00am and again at 2.00pm a limited number of appointments become available for urgent medical problems. These appointments can  be booked on the telephone by anyone but are prioritised for children, over 75s and those who are pregnant or who have complex medical conditions

At such short notice there is much less flexibility over the time of the appointment and choice of clinician.

Evening & Weekend Availability

This surgery is part of the West London GP Federation, a group of practices in the local area that work together to provide evening and weekend appointments.

You must be registered with a member practice, such as this one to access these services.

Evening & Weekend Availability

The practice is part of the West London GP Federation meaning our patients have access to GP led services (this will not be your usual GP) via the Extended Hours Hubs for acute problems only.

This excludes:

  • Long-term, ongoing conditions, for example diabetes, asthma, etc.
  • Referrals to hospitals and other services
  • Investigations including blood test, x-rays, scans
  • Repeat prescriptions

Appointments are available Monday – Friday from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm and during weekends. To access appointments from this service, call Reception and request an Extended Hours appointment.

The Federation operates extended hours services from two hubs located:

  • St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing, Exmoor St, London W10 6DZ
  • Violet Melchett Health Centre, 30 Flood Walk, Chelsea, London SW3 5RR

Weekend Walk-In Service

There is a GP led walk-in service available for patients with acute problems every Saturday from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Earl’s Court, Health and Wellbeing Centre, 2b Hogarth Road, London SW5 OPT. This is also operated by the West London GP Federation.

This excludes:

  • Long-term, on-going conditions, for example diabetes, asthma, etc.
  • Referrals to hospitals and other services.
  • Investigations including blood test, x-rays, scans
  • Repeat prescriptions

Our patients can make use of these services if they feel they need care and access to a GP at the weekend (this will not be your usual GP).

However, these clinics do not currently have access to your medical records, prescriptions or test results.

If you require medical attention please call NHS 111 for medical advice.

For more information about these services, the role of the Federation or to contact the Federation regarding non-clinical queries, please visit www.westlondongpfederation.com.
